Invisalign is the clear way to straighten teeth.  Invisalign gradually moves your teeth through a series of custom-made, removable, nearly invisible aligners.  This is a great product to straighten teeth that have minor crowding or spacing.  This patient loved his results as he no longer has a gap and now has a wonderful new smile.

Porcelain Veneers

This patient was referred to us by her dentist in Manhattan to see if we could improve her smile that had been destroyed by grinding and clenching.  Her teeth were flat and looked aged well past their natural years.  We opted for porcelain veneers to recapture the youthfullness of her smile.  By rebuilding her smile, we were not only able to make her smile more attractive but we were also able to give her back normal function which was lost when her teeth were flattened from her grinding. 

This patient came to our office with a bonded restroration from a previous dentist on one of her front teeth.  one of the hardest things to do in dentristry is to restore a single front tooth, as her previous dentist found out.  This patient was displeased with the shape, color and texture.  We were able to correct this issue with a porcelain veneer call a "Lumineer" by Cerinate Labs.  We acheived a great result without any drilling on her natural tooth.  To help guarantee a proper shade, we used adigital device called a "ShadeVision" which captiures a digital image an breaks the image down by color shades on the tooth.  This image and shade breakdown is given to the lab who can then see in a photo exactly what we need our restoration to look like.

Full Mouth Reconstruction
This patient has a life time of grinding that severely shortened her teeth causing her mouth to collapse and over close.  Using porcelain on gold crowns for her back molars for support in the high stress arease and all porcelain crowns and bridges elsewhere, we were able to open her bite back to a normal position.  Her joints have been comfortable and her destructive habit has been kept under control.

Full Mouth Reconstruction

This patients' existing teeth were grey in color, malaligned and in some areas missing allowing her bite to collapse.  Her treatment was considered a full mouth reconstruction.  We utilized porcelain veneers, all porcelain "Lava" crowns and a partial denture to replace the missing teeth.  This patient came to our office in search of a new smile and that is what she received.
